Incoming Inspection

01. DC01/30Crmo/SAPH440

For key parts, we will design inspection tools during the mold opening
stage to simplify, precise, and standardize the inspection of incoming
materials. We also have an image measuring instrument that can
visually identify possible deviations in the measurement results.

02. QBe2/H62

With better elasticity, its mechanical properties, that is, strength, hardness,
wear resistance and fatigue resistance rank first in copper alloy, widely
used as an important elastic component, wear-resistant parts and
explosion-proof tools.

03. POM/PA66/PBT

POM rigidity is strong. PA66 has high strength, good wear resistance,
fine feel, and quickly solidifies after melting. PBT molding stability
and high dimensional accuracy.

04. Carbon Spring Steel Wire 1.0/Stainless Steel Wire1.2/Music Steel Wire 1.0

POM rigidity is strong; PA66 has high strength, good wear resistance, fine
feel, and quickly solidifies after melting. PBT molding stability and high
dimensional accuracy.

05. NBR

Compared with ordinary rubber, NBR rubber has better oil
resistance, heat resistance and shock resistance.

06. EPDM

The density of ethylene propylene rubber is a low rubber, with excellentweather resistance, ozone resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkaliresistance, water vapor resistance, color stability, electrical properties, oilfilling and room temperature fluidity.
